SW-50kW112kWh is a rugged 50 kW / 112 kWh outdoor energy storage cabinet with air-cooled design, up to 100 kW of PV input, and fast on/off-grid switching — a dependable choice for C&I storage, microgrids, and PV+ESS+charging projects.

Product Description:
  • The SW-50kW112kWh is a PV-ready outdoor energy storage cabinet engineered for commercial and industrial sites, microgrids, and PV+ESS+charging installations. It pairs a 50 kW rated AC output with a 112 kWh LFP battery bank (314 Ah cells, 1P112S, 358 V) and supports 0.5C charge/discharge, while accepting up to 100 kW of PV input through four MPPT channels (200–950 V) to maximize self-consumption and solar utilization. A built-in generator input of up to 60 kVA adds backup flexibility for sites that already rely on diesel or generator power.

 

  • The system switches between on-grid and off-grid operation in under 20 ms, keeping critical loads online during grid disturbances. Its outdoor-rated cabinet combines air-cooled thermal management, IP54 protection, and a dual fire protection system — aerosol plus water-based suppression — for safe operation in demanding environments. With support for unbalanced three-phase loads and parallel units, the SW-50kW112kWh scales easily as demand grows, while remote cloud EMS over RS485/Ethernet with Modbus enables monitoring, upgrades, and efficient energy management — a complete, expandable solution for distributed energy storage.
