SW120kW241kWh-PSC and SW240kW482kWh-PSC are all-in-one PV-storage-charging stations that pair 241 kWh or 482 kWh of LFP storage with 120 kW or 240 kW of DC fast charging (2 or 4 guns) — a fast-to-deploy answer for sites where grid capacity is limited.

The SW-PSC series brings solar generation, battery storage, and EV fast charging together in one integrated, skid-mounted unit — ideal for commercial centers, highway service areas, 4S store parking lots, charging hubs, and locations without reliable grid supply. The SW120kW241kWh-PSC stores 241.15 kWh and charges through two DC guns at 120 kW, while the SW240kW482kWh-PSC holds 482.3 kWh and delivers 240 kW across four guns. Both accept DC-coupled PV (60–240 kW and 60–480 kW respectively), so vehicles can charge directly from solar even when the grid is unavailable; the 1000 V charging platform brings EVs to 80% SOC in as little as 10 minutes.

 

Thanks to its modular, skid-mounted construction, the system ships and installs quickly, and switches between grid and island mode in as fast as 20 ms to keep chargers running through outages. For long-term reliability, it combines smart liquid cooling, aerosol plus water-based fire suppression, IP54 protection, and 400 A charging guns with 150–1000 V output, operating from -20°C to 55°C. An integrated EMS handles peak shaving, valley filling, and demand management, while OCPP 1.6 and Modbus enable cloud monitoring and payments through RFID, credit card, or POS — helping operators add charging capacity without expensive grid upgrades.
