SUNWAY 5-50kWh Stackable High-Voltage ESS
Description :
The SUNWAY High-Voltage Stacked Battery scales to your exact power needs. You start with a base 5kWh module. You can stack up to 10 modules in series. This expands your total capacity to 50kWh. The vertical design saves floor space.
It uses Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells. You get 6,000 full charge cycles. The system requires zero routine maintenance. It is a long-term energy asset.
We add the internal BMS. It manages high-voltage loads safely. It switches power supply modes automatically. It communicates with mainstream inverter brands. You just wire it up and turn it on.
Product Advantages and Features
5kWh to 50kWh Expansion
Each module stores 5kWh of energy. You can stack up to 10 modules in series. This scales your total system capacity to 50kWh. You install what you need today. You can always add more later.
Self-Designed Smart BMS
We build the Battery Management System in-house. It monitors every cell constantly. It actively prevents over-voltage and extreme temperatures. Your stacked system operates safely at all times.
6,000-Cycle LFP Core
The system uses Lithium Iron Phosphate cells. Each module is rated at 51.2V 100Ah. This chemistry offers high thermal stability. You get 6,000 full charge cycles. It handles years of heavy daily use.
CAN & RS485 Communication
The battery talks directly to your inverter. It supports native CAN and RS485 protocols. You can pair it with most major inverter brands on the market. The integration is fast and simple.
IP54 Maintenance-Free Design
The metal casing holds an IP54 rating. It blocks dust and splashing water. The system cools itself naturally. You never need to perform routine maintenance. It also switches power supply modes automatically.
100A Max Charge & Discharge
The hardware handles heavy electrical loads easily. It pushes a maximum current of 100A for both charging and discharging.

FAQs
Q1: Do I need to run external cables between each 5kWh module?
No. The modules use a direct stacking design. You just place one module on top of another. The power and communication ports connect automatically inside the casing. You do not need messy external jumper cables. This prevents wiring mistakes. It keeps the installation looking very clean.
Q2: Can I install 10kWh today and add more modules next year?
Yes. The architecture is fully modular. You can start with two 5kWh modules. You can add up to eight more later. The system will adapt. Just contact us before expanding. We will help you match the firmware versions.
Q3: How does the system manage 10 different batteries at once?
The top unit contains the master BMS. It acts as the brain. The individual 5kWh modules have slave BMS units. The master BMS collects live data from every single cell in the stack. It balances the voltage across all modules. It then sends one unified signal to your inverter via CAN or RS485.
